Our Service Agreement (SA) outlines the commitments we make to our clients and the standards of service they can expect. Please note that we reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. This agreement becomes binding for both parties once the client accepts our quotation.

use of services

Lawful Purposes Only: The Website and use of the Services may be used for lawful purposes only.

Compliance with Laws: The Client may not submit, publish, or display any content that breaches any law, statute, or regulation.

Prohibited Activities: The Client agrees not to:

  • Use the Services or the Website to send unsolicited commercial email or “spam”, or any similar abuse of the Services.
  • Send email or any type of electronic message with the intention or result of affecting the performance of any computer facilities.
  • Publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, obscene, indecent, or other unlawful material or information, or any material or information that infringes any intellectual property rights, via the Services or on the Website.
  • Threaten, abuse, disrupt, or otherwise violate the rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
  • Engage in illegal or unlawful activities through the Services or via the Website.
  • Make available or upload files to the Website or to the Services that the Client knows contain a virus, worm, Trojan, or corrupt data.
  • Obtain or attempt to obtain access, through whatever means, to areas of the Supplier’s network or the Services which are identified as restricted or confidential.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The Client understands, acknowledges, and agrees that:

Search Engine and Directory Policies: Wildweb-designs.com has no control over the policies of search engines or directories regarding the type of sites and/or content they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website(s) may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity.

Content Responsibility: Wildweb-designs.com is not responsible for rewriting sentences, restructuring paragraphs, or checking for typing errors, misspellings, etc.

Website Security and Repairs: Wildweb-designs.com will not repair the Client’s website(s) if they become compromised, hacked, or otherwise defaced or infected, unless the client is enrolled in the Monthly Website Management Package.

Email Password Security: For security reasons, the Client is responsible for keeping a record of email passwords.

Authorized Communication: To avoid unauthorized changes to the website by personnel within the Client’s company, it is required that one designated individual be appointed to communicate with Wildweb-designs.com regarding website changes.

Website Change Requests: Changes to the website will only be made if communicated to Wildweb-designs.com by the designated individual mentioned above.

Communication Method for Changes: To avoid any confusion, website changes will not be processed via telephone. All correspondence, changes, and new information regarding the website must be emailed to support@wildweb-designs.com.

Processing Time for Changes: Please allow 24 to 48 working hours from the receipt of correspondence for the changes to be visible on the website, depending on the amount of new information provided by the Client.

 

Important Notice

Service Availability: We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the server and our services are available to the client 99.9% of the time. However, since these services rely on computer and telecommunications systems, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any service interruptions or server downtime.

Liability for Downtime: We are not responsible for any loss of income or financial impact caused by server downtime.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all fees for designing or redesigning websites and graphics, as well as monthly website management and hosting fees, are non-refundable.

 

Client Promotional Content

The Client agrees to allow WildWebDesigns.com to use the Client’s name and website for company promotions. This includes displaying the Client’s name and website in our online portfolio, past clients list, on social media, and in print materials. These promotions are for the purpose of advertising and promoting WildWebDesigns.com services to other companies.

WildWebDesigns.com offers a range of additional digital marketing services. Please contact us for more information or to discuss how these services can benefit your business.

SEO – Search Engine Optimizationc

Our SEO services are designed to improve your website’s visibility on search engines. Key components include:

  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Identifying relevant keywords and analyzing search trends.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimizing individual web pages and content.

Service Provision: WildWebDesigns.com provides web hosting services, including server space, bandwidth, and technical support.

Uptime Guarantee: We aim for a 99.9% uptime for hosting services. However, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

Maintenance and Updates: Routine maintenance and updates may be conducted to ensure optimal performance and security. We will provide advance notice where feasible.

Data Backup: Regular backups of website data are performed. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups for additional security.

Account Suspension: Hosting accounts may be suspended if payment obligations are not met, as outlined in the “Accounts and Payments” section.

Content Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Security: We implement reasonable security measures for hosting services. The Client is responsible for maintaining security within their own website and application environments.

Website development encompasses creating a fully functional and visually appealing website tailored to your business or organization. Our process involves the following steps:

  • Review content thoroughly before the website launch and communicate any updates promptly.
  • Website revamp fees may apply for changes requested after completion and approval.
Content Review and Approval
  • We will assist with content-related matters but are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. Ensuring compliance is ultimately your responsibility.
Meetings
  • Introduction Meeting: Free for new clients.
  • Design Phase Meeting 1: Online, at the beginning of the design phase.
  • Design Phase Meeting 2: Online, to finalize the design.
  • In-Person Meeting: Available upon request for an additional R1200.00 call-out fee.
Important Notice
  • We are an independent service provider and not an employee of the Client.

    Monthly website management encompasses a range of activities designed to ensure your website remains functional, secure, and up-to-date. Our services include:

    Ongoing Support
    • Providing continuous support for updates, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
    • Allowing you to focus on your business while we handle your online presence.
    Content Updates
    • Adding new text, images, videos, blog posts, and multimedia elements.
    • Editing existing content for accuracy and relevance.
    • Updating product or service information, prices, and availability.
    • Removing outdated or irrelevant content.
    Software Updates
    • Regularly updating the content management system (CMS) and plugins/extensions.
    • Ensuring core software (e.g., WordPress) is up-to-date for security and performance.
    Security
    • Installing security patches and updates to protect against vulnerabilities.
    • Monitoring and addressing security threats, such as malware and hacking attempts.
    • Regularly backing up website data to prevent loss.
    Performance Optimization
    • Analyzing and improving website speed and loading times.
    • Checking and fixing broken links.
    • Optimizing images and media files for faster loading.
    User Experience (UX) Enhancements
    • Testing and improving website navigation and usability.
    • Ensuring interactive elements (forms, buttons) function correctly.
    • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback for improvements.
    Content Management
    • Managing user-generated content, comments, and reviews.
    • Ensuring content adheres to copyright and legal regulations.
    Analytics and Reporting
    • Basic Report – For more comprehensive insights and a detailed analysis of your website’s SEO performance, we encourage you to consider our specialized SEO packages. 
    Backup and Disaster Recovery
    • Regularly backing up website files and databases.
    • Having a recovery plan for data loss or server issues.
    Basic SEO
    • Basic SEO – For more comprehensive insights and SEO setup of your website’s SEO performance, we encourage you to consider our specialized SEO packages.
    Social Media Integration
    • Keeping social media profiles linked and up-to-date.
    • Integrating social sharing buttons and feeds, if applicable.
    Website Backups

    For clients enrolled in our Monthly Website Management Package:

    • We provide regular backups stored on a backup server for seamless recovery in case of issues.

    For clients not subscribed to the Monthly Website Management Package:

    • Backup services are not provided. Clients are responsible for promptly providing necessary information for any restoration process. Associated costs for restoration will be billed to the client.

    We recommend subscribing to our Monthly Website Management Package to benefit from comprehensive backup and recovery services.

     

    TEMPORARILY SUSPENSION & security
    Temporary Suspension
    • Service Suspension: We may temporarily suspend services for server repair and maintenance at our discretion.
    • Notification: We will provide prior notice when reasonably practicable and will restore services as quickly as possible.
    • Credits and Refunds: The Client is not entitled to any setoff, discount, refund, or credit for service suspensions beyond WildWebDesigns.com’s control.
    Security
    • Security Measures: We will take reasonable steps to prevent security breaches on the Client’s website, provided the Client is subscribed to our Monthly Website Management Package, which includes “Website Security.”
    • Credits and Refunds: The Client is not entitled to any setoff, discount, refund, or credit for service outages beyond WildWebDesigns.com’s control.
    accounts and payments

    Payment Terms: Payment is due within ten (10) days from the receipt of the invoice.

    Account Suspension: If the Client fails to pay within this timeframe, their account will be suspended without prior notice until payment is received.

    Suspension Impact: Account suspension includes hosting, website, and email accounts.

    Credits and Refunds: The Client is not entitled to any setoff, discount, refund, or credit for account suspension resulting from non-payment of invoices.

    service notifications & cancellations

    Fee Adjustment: Monthly Website Management fees are subject to a 10% annual increase.

    Termination Policy: A 30-day written notice is required for service termination by either party.

    Post-Termination: Upon termination by either the Client or WildWebDesigns.com:

    • WildWebDesigns.com retains the right to withhold the website backup file.
    • Website transfer requests will be declined until all outstanding fees are paid in full by the Client.
    Review and Amendments

    Review Schedule: This SLA will be reviewed annually or as necessary to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.

    Notification of Changes: WildWebDesigns.com reserves the right to make changes to this SLA without prior notice. Clients will be notified of changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
